What does the service entail?
It is an optional and additional service that offers our customers the peace of mind of purchasing tickets with the option to request a refund in case of any unforeseen event. The Guaranteed Ticket service ensures that if you are unable to attend the event for any of the covered reasons, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price, excluding processing fees.
What does it include?
Serious illness or personal injury of the buyer or family member
Death of the buyer or family member
Court summons
Being a member of a polling station
Serious damage to the home
Vehicle breakdown or accident
How to request a refund for tickets?
Tickets will be refunded as long as the reason for non-attendance falls within the previously indicated causes (see the general conditions for more details on the covered causes and possible exclusions in the terms and conditions of ticket sales). The refund request must be submitted up to 48 hours before the event, accompanied by documentation proving the covered cause.
It is essential that the purchaser notify and request a refund as soon as possible and within the established timeframe for the request to be processed. Once a refund has been requested, the purchaser has a maximum of 15 days to submit the corresponding documentation.
The service offers a refund limit of up to 1,500€ per purchaser and event.
