From the app, go to “Sign in” and click on the “Forgot your password?” option. Then, enter the email address you registered with, and you will receive an email to reset your password.

Yes, by having an account and using the app, you can:

• Get all the information and real-time updates about the event.

• Reserve a table at our two restaurants or order any food/drink quickly and easily on event days.

• Access all your tickets, both upcoming and past, without the risk of losing them.

• Save your payment methods to speed up the purchase process.

• Pay for your parking directly from the app using a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

• And many other advantages.

In the app, you can choose to receive notifications or not. You can also change your password, delete your account, modify personal information (name, surname, date of birth), and update payment methods.

On the website, you can do all of this except manage notifications.

No, the app does not work without an internet connection.

The app allows you to register and create an account, although you can also browse some content without signing in.
