Yandel Turns Roig Arena Into a Grand Symphonic Celebration of Reggaeton
The Puerto Rican artist reinterpreted some of his greatest hits in a concert attended by more than 10,600 people.

More than 10,600 people attended Yandel Sinfónico at Roig Arena tonight, a unique show in which Puerto Rican artist Yandel blended the urban and Latin rhythms that have defined his career with the power and elegance of a live symphony orchestra.
The concert stood out for its original format, featuring orchestral arrangements specially created to reinterpret some of the singer's greatest hits. A spectacular production, enhanced by smoke and fire effects as well as strobe lighting, accompanied a staging designed to elevate each song in a repertoire spanning several decades of success.
The evening opened with “Puño de Tito”, quickly followed by “Permítame”, one of the most iconic songs from his time alongside Wisin. Throughout the night, the audience enjoyed tracks such as “Nunca Me Olvides”, “Abusadora” and “Te Siento”, taking fans on a journey through different stages of the artist's career.
One of the most celebrated moments came with “Noche de Sexo”, which led into a string of major hits that also included classics such as “Rakata”, an essential anthem of reggaeton. The audience continued singing along to songs such as “Encantadora”, “Ay Mi Dios” and “Báilame”, proving the enduring appeal of a catalogue that has marked several generations of Latin urban music fans.
The central part of the concert featured songs such as “Explícale”, “Brickell” and “Yandel 150”, some of the Puerto Rican artist's more recent hits. For the finale, Yandel delivered a succession of crowd favourites including “Moviendo Caderas”, “Sexy Movimiento” and “Algo Me Gusta de Ti”. In doing so, he brought to a close a night that successfully united two seemingly distant musical worlds while celebrating the career of one of the artists who played a key role in the international expansion of reggaeton.
