At Ultramarinos Roig, visitors will be able to enjoy traditional dishes, including daily specials and classic products such as cured ham, Spanish omelettes, croquettes, and cocas.
Mercat de Roig Arena will stand out for its wide gastronomic offer, provided by Hundred Burgers, La Mesedora, Adicto y Adicta, Perme, Xé Chicken, Dichō, Maverick's, and Dolç
Roig Arena, Valencia’s upcoming multi-purpose venue spearheaded by Juan Roig, will offer a varied and high-quality culinary selection, along with exclusive products as part of a wide-ranging proposal.
The dining facilities will be open year-round, 365 days a year, through different gastronomic options catering to all types of visitors, who will be able to choose between Poble Nou, a Valencian cuisine restaurant, the Ultramarinos Roig space, and six dining points located in El Mercat, a “gastromarket” featuring a large terrace that will serve as a shared dining area.
With the goal of managing most of the venue’s culinary offering, Licampa and Miguel Martí Gastronomía have formed a joint venture, Arena Food & Beverage. This company will provide food service for events held at the arena (sports, corporate, entertainment, and more), as well as for hospitality areas (VIP zones and private boxes), and will manage the Poble Nou restaurant, Ultramarinos Roig, and the establishments Per me, Xé Chicken, Dichō, Maverick’s, and Dolç.
Poble Nou: Valencian Cuisine by Miguel Martí
Chef Miguel Martí and his team will lead Poble Nou, a Valencian culinary concept where wood-fired paellas, rice dishes, and fideuàs will take center stage, along with grilled preparations and traditional dishes, among others. This will be an experiential restaurant blending tradition and innovation with a 100% Valencian identity. It will be located on the second ring of the venue, featuring its own terrace as well as an indoor area overlooking the Roig Arena floor.
The project pays tribute to the origins of the Roig family and stands as a symbol of rice culture, with the ambition of becoming a landmark space in the Valencian Community. Through its visual identity, the project captures the essence and tradition of La Albufera.
Ultramarinos Roig: A Fresh Take on Traditional Cuisine
Ultramarinos Roig will be the go-to dining choice for those who want to enjoy traditional, local cuisine in a more laid-back setting. This restaurant concept pays homage to the classic neighborhood shop that evolved into a casual eatery. For this reason, Ultramarinos Roig embodies the union of the conventional and the contemporary, as well as a return to its roots, offering guests simple yet flavorful dishes.
The menu, which will always feature daily specials, will range from classics like Spanish omelets and croquettes to deli products, cocas de Pont Sec (traditional Valencian flatbreads), and pickled goods. Guests will also find a wide variety of cakes, desserts, and ice creams, along with seasonal Valencian specialties such as horchata. Ultramarinos Roig will be located on the venue’s first ring, facing Avenida Antonio Ferrandis.
El Mercat at Roig Arena: Dining Options for Everyone
El Mercat at Roig Arena will be a food hall defined by the variety of offerings it provides, featuring six dining spots with different types of cuisine and an area serving coffee and sweets. Located on the venue’s first ring and open every day of the week, it will boast a large terrace with a shared dining area.
The dining spots at El Mercat at Roig Arena managed by external operators are: Hundred Burgers, named in 2025 by The World’s Best Burger as the restaurant serving the best burgers in the world; La Mesedora, beloved by fans of the Valencian almuerzo (mid-morning meal) and offering its classic “Joselillo” sandwich; and Adicto y Adicta, part of the Grupo Gastroadictos, which will bring a selection of Spanish omelets and croquettes.
In addition, El Mercat will feature Per me, serving pizzas and cocas in “Detroit style”; Xé Chicken, where chicken will always take center stage; and a rotating spot that will host either Dichō, specializing in Asian cuisine, or Maverick’s, offering artisanal hot dogs, depending on the event. The sweet touch will come from Dolç, located on El Mercat’s terrace, where guests can enjoy house-made cakes or cookies.
Over 35 F&B Points of Sale
In addition to all these offerings, during events the venue will feature more than 35 bar-style points of sale, all adapted for people with reduced mobility. For concerts with standing-room audiences on the arena floor, two large bars will be set up, ensuring beverage service is available at all times throughout the event. Furthermore, Roig Arena’s various food and beverage partners are expected to have a prominent presence across several of the venue’s dining areas.
