Bag Check Usage Rules
Bag Check Operation
The external bag check service at the Roig Arena facilities will be available to all attendees who hold a valid ticket and/or any other valid access credential (the “bag check”).
Using the bag check service implies express acceptance of these conditions.
Fees and Operation
1. Standard item: €3 (VAT included) per unit
Standard items are considered to be those of small or medium size.
Examples: small backpacks, small suitcases (55x40x25), handbags, umbrellas, helmets, baby strollers.
2. Bulky item: €5 (VAT included) per unit
Bulky items are considered to be those exceeding the dimensions of 55x40x25.
Examples: suitcases larger than 55x40x25, large or non-foldable packages, musical instruments in hard cases, foldable scooters or sports equipment.
Note: Bag Check reserves the right to classify the item as standard or bulky based on its measurements.
After presenting a valid ticket and/or access credential to the Roig Arena facilities, the user must identify themselves with their full name, ID number, and email address. Once identified, payment may be made, and the item will be accepted into the Locker Service.
Payments are accepted in cash (euros) or via the available electronic payment methods.
Once the item is accepted, the user will receive a numbered receipt or deposit slip, which is essential for retrieving the item later (the “Receipt”).
In case of loss of the Receipt, the holder must verify their identity and wait until the service closes to recover the deposited item.
Schedule
· Opening: 2 hours before the start of the event or show.
· Closing: 30 minutes after its conclusion.
Once the service is closed, items cannot be retrieved until the following day.
The schedule may be extended or shortened depending on the type of event or show.
Item collection outside of this schedule:
- Users must contact Customer Service in advance via info@roigarena.es to arrange the return. The Receipt will be required for this process.
- A fee of ten euros (€10) will be charged as a penalty
Unclaimed items will be held by the Operator for a maximum of 30 calendar days, starting from the day after the event or show ends. After this period, items will be considered abandoned, and the Operator will be authorized to dispose of them freely (donation, recycling, or destruction), with no right to compensation or claims from users.
General Terms & Conditions
The following items will not be accepted for deposit:
High-value items. For example, the locker service will not accept jewelry, watches, works of art, high-value objects, cash exceeding €200, payment instruments (credit or debit cards or similar), irreplaceable personal and/or legal documents, or high-end electronic devices (laptops, professional cameras, etc.).
If a user deposits any of these items in violation of this rule, Roig Arena will not be held responsible for their loss, damage, misplacement, or deterioration, as their deposit has not been authorized.
Prohibited substances or illegal items: drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances, stolen or illicit items, dangerous objects (firearms, replicas or knives, ammunition), sharp or pointed objects, pyrotechnic materials, explosives, flares or firecrackers, flammable or corrosive liquids (gasoline, acids, sprays, etc.), damaged batteries or batteries with leaks, toxic, chemical or polluting substances.
Animals or living beings.
Perishable products, alcoholic beverages, food with strong odors or poorly packaged items.
Roig Arena reserves the right to inspect any item before accepting it into the locker service and may refuse its deposit if it does not comply with these rules or poses a risk to the safety of the event, attendees, or the facilities and property of Roig Arena.
Locker staff may reject any item that, even if not explicitly listed above, is considered inappropriate, dangerous, incompatible with the available space, or contrary to the rules of access and stay within the Roig Arena facilities.
Liability
Roig Arena shall not be held liable in the following cases:
When high-value items are concealed without prior declaration of their content and value, and without having obtained express authorization from Roig Arena for their deposit.
For damage, loss, or misplacement of deposited items resulting from unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or actions by third parties unrelated to the organization.
When the user fails to comply with these locker service usage conditions.
Under no circumstances shall Roig Arena’s liability exceed two hundred euros (€200) per deposited item, unless the user has expressly declared a higher value in advance and such declaration has been expressly accepted by Roig Arena bag check.
This limitation shall not apply in cases of loss or damage caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the venue.
Users of the Bag Check shall hold Roig Arena harmless from any damages resulting from the breach of obligations that, in accordance with these rules, are the responsibility of the users.
Personal Data Protection
In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), and Article 11 of Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you that your personal data will be processed by Licampa 1617 S.L. for the purpose of properly managing the deposit and return of items stored in the Bag Check. The legal basis for processing your personal data is the execution of a contract.
We will only process the data you provide (full name, ID number, and email address), and your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except when legally required. No international data transfers will take place.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, data portability, and restriction of processing by contacting us at:
