Roig Arena Vibrates with Kany García and Her “Puerta Abierta” Tour
The Puerto Rican singer presented songs from her latest album in a concert.
“García”, “Te lo agradezco” and “Tierra mía” were among the songs performed during the show.

Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Kany García performed tonight at Roig Arena as part of her “Puerta Abierta” Tour, a show that featured songs from her latest album alongside many of the greatest hits that have defined her career. The evening also included a performance by fellow Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Tommy Torres, who opened the night ahead of García’s highly anticipated concert.
The artist opened the show with “García”, a song that celebrates identity and authenticity, followed by more recent tracks such as “DPM” and “Una vida buena”. From the very beginning, García’s strong connection with the audience was evident, as she interacted with fans throughout a concert marked by warmth and closeness.
Following the opening section, Kany García performed the first two tracks from her latest album, “Puerta Abierta” and “La mala era yo”. One of the evening’s most memorable moments came with an acoustic version of “Para Siempre”, while “Que te vaya mal”, one of the most popular songs in her catalogue, was sung back word for word by the audience. At this point, the Puerto Rican artist surprised her Valencian fans by inviting Tommy Torres on stage to perform “Quédate” together.
The artist continued with an acoustic set featuring some of her biggest hits, including “Fuera de Servicio”, “La Siguiente” — her well-known collaboration with Christian Nodal — “Confieso”, and “Lo que en ti veo”, originally recorded alongside Nahuel Pennisi. Alone at the piano, García moved the audience with “Huir” before performing “Titanic”, a song that uses the story of the famous ocean liner as a metaphor for a relationship heading towards disaster.
The final stretch of the concert brought together many of the singer’s best-known songs. A medley featuring “Aunque sea un momento”, “Soy yo”, “Hoy ya me voy” and “Alguien” led into “Te lo agradezco”, a song that celebrates the personal growth and lessons that can emerge from a relationship. García later performed “A la niña que fui” and “La Malquerida” before briefly leaving the stage. For the encore, she saved “La culpa” and “Tierra mía”, two songs that brought the evening to a close.
