La Fúmiga bids farewell to the stage in style at the Roig Arena: the grand finale of a generation
The group revisited their greatest hits and paid tribute to Valencian musical tradition by performing tracks such as “La Malaguenya”, “La Muixeranga”, and “Amparito Roca”.
Between tonight’s concert and tomorrow’s, the band from Alzira will gather 36,000 people at the Valencian venue.

La Fúmiga kicked off their highly anticipated final double-header of concerts this Friday at Valencia's Roig Arena. In front of a completely packed venue filled with 18,000 spectators who sold out tickets months ago, the group from Alzira delivered an ambitious show lasting over two hours, conceived as a retrospective of their career ahead of their final retirement, scheduled following tomorrow Saturday's concert, which will also take place at the Roig Arena.
The concert opened to intense applause as it started with a bang, featuring the famous “Mediterrània”. Next came “Principis” and “Addictes a viure”, setting the festive and energetic tone that has characterized their musical proposal right from the opening bars.
A comprehensive journey with nods to Valencian identity and tradition
Throughout the night, the band meticulously revisited the greatest hits from their catalog, performing highly acclaimed tracks such as “Què tia!”, “No sé ballar”, “Karrasketon”, and “La ferida”. One of the most applauded segments of the evening came with special arrangements inspired by Valencian musical tradition. The inclusion of “La Malaguenya”, “La Muixeranga”, and an adaptation of the famous pasodoble “Amparito Roca” sparked widespread applause in the stands.
The show continued to build momentum with key titles from their discography, including “Quan caminàvem”, “Monstres i gegants”, “Rebobinar”, and “Primera conjugació”. The crowd's response was particularly massive during the performance of “Ja dormiré”, which has become a true generational anthem since its release.
In the final stretch of the performance, La Fúmiga tackled their most emotional and festive songs, chaining together hits like “Hora blava”, “Rècord mundial”, “Espremedors”, “Covards”, and “Havia de passar”. The crowning moment of this first night came with their performance of “Llavors”.
Following this successful and emotional evening, the group from Ribera Alta will offer their second and final concert tomorrow at the same venue, once again hanging the sold-out sign to bring a definitive close to more than a decade of musical career and touring through major festivals and stages. The final two concerts in their history will draw nearly 36,000 people to the Roig Arena.
