‘The World of Hans Zimmer – A New Dimension’ will land at the Roig Arena on May 10, 2027. The production, which previously sold out across Europe in 2024, features a brand-new selection from the celebrated composer’s diverse collection of scores.
While Hans Zimmer does not appear on stage himself, he serves as the show’s musical director and curator, personally overseeing the concert production. Audiences will embark on an emotional journey through 40 years of his most celebrated works, presented in a unique and breathtaking setting. Zimmer’s orchestral suites—newly rearranged exclusively for this production—blend with spectacular visual projections, powerful sound design, and soul-stirring solo performances to create an unforgettable live experience.
Hans Zimmer stated: “What differentiates ‘The World of Hans Zimmer’ from ‘Hans Zimmer Live’ is that it captures the more romantic side of me, the most romantic scores I have ever written. These are my most orchestral compositions. We give more prominence to the soloists I have historically performed with. Multiple Grammy® nominee Matt Dunkley will bring the magic of Zimmer’s music to the stage starting in autumn 2026, alongside prominent soloists from Zimmer’s talent circle, the Odessa Orchestra & Friends, and the exceptional Nairobi Chamber Chorus. Dunkley is one of the world’s leading orchestrators, arrangers, and conductors, with a distinguished career closely linked to the film industry and a long-standing collaboration with Hans Zimmer.
Since the 2018 German premiere of its predecessor concert series, ‘The World of Hans Zimmer – A Symphonic Celebration,’ this acclaimed international series has become a global phenomenon, captivating over 2 million spectators worldwide to date.
