Disney Characters Come to Life at Roig Arena on an Ice Stage
The show “Disney on Ice: Live Your Dreams” revisits some of the most beloved stories from the Disney universe in a production filled with top‑level skating and breathtaking acrobatics.
The venue will host seven performances of the show between February 5 and 8, with morning and afternoon sessions.
Roig Arena hosted this afternoon the first performance of “Disney on Ice: Live Your Dreams,” a show filled with impressive acrobatics and ice choreographies. Through seven sessions scheduled from February 5 to 8, audiences will join Mickey and Minnie Mouse on an unforgettable journey through Disney’s most cherished stories.
Disney on Ice returns to Valencia ten years after its last show in the city. Designed as an unforgettable experience for the whole family, the production features the stories of Disney princesses such as Cinderella and Rapunzel. Audiences also accompany Belle as she tries to reach the tender heart hidden within the Beast; travel to Arendelle with Anna and Elsa from Frozen to relive the tale of sisterly love that saved a kingdom; and cross the Marigold Bridge —from Disney and Pixar’s Coco— to reach the Land of the Dead, where a colorful celebration of joyful skeletons awaits.
The show includes 180 staging elements, the largest of which is Elsa’s staircase. More than 200 costumes are used throughout the performance, with quick‑change moments —the fastest happening in just 31 seconds.
