The legendary Orquesta Mondragón will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a concert at the Roig Arena Auditorium on November 19, as part of its national tour “50 Aniversario 2026”. The event promises to be a major musical and theatrical celebration in which the band will revisit half a century on stage.
Led by the charismatic Javier Gurruchaga, Orquesta Mondragón has established itself as one of the most unique and irreverent acts in Spanish music, pioneering a fusion of rock, theatre, humor, cabaret and visual spectacle in a distinctive proposal that has spanned generations.
The show will take audiences on a journey through the band’s history, from their early performances in San Sebastián, Bilbao and Madrid to becoming one of the most iconic names in Spanish popular culture. The stage will feature their timeless anthems, references to the band’s theatrical and visual universe, and tributes to the musicians, collaborators and artists who have accompanied them over five decades.
Songs such as “Viaje con nosotros”, “Corazón de neón”, “Caperucita feroz” and “Ponte peluca” will once again come to life in a show conceived as a true collective celebration, faithful to the extravagant, theatrical and festive spirit that has always defined the band.
The 50th anniversary tour also reaffirms the band’s present, as they remain active and touring with the same energy and personality that made them a key reference in Spain’s spectacle rock scene.
