Megadeth, the legendary American band led by iconic guitarist and vocalist Dave Mustaine, will stop at Roig Arena on May 25 as part of their global farewell tour, which will kick off in Spain at the Valencian venue.
After 43 years since their formation, one of the most influential bands in the world —and part of the “Big Four” of thrash metal alongside Metallica, Slayer, and Anthrax— will bid farewell with a final tour on a grand scale. During the concerts, the quartet will revisit all their greatest hits and present the latest and final chapter of their discography: their seventeenth album, set to be released in the coming days. They will also be accompanied by two special guests, to be announced soon.
With more than 50 million records sold worldwide and a Grammy Award to their name, the band has defined the sound of the genre through masterpieces such as Rust in Peace and Countdown to Extinction, cementing their status as a fundamental pillar of the so‑called “Big Four” of metal.
Tickets for Megadeth’s new concert at Roig Arena (May 25) will go on sale on Thursday, January 22, at 10 a.m., on our website.
