Gilberto Santa Rosa, popularly known as “The Gentleman of Salsa,” brought an early Christmas celebration to Roig Arena. The Puerto Rican singer launched his Christmas tour in Spain at the Valencian venue, performing a festive repertoire inspired by Puerto Rican holiday traditions.
Joyful salsa and bolero rhythms filled the night with songs such as Me gustan las Navidades, Un montón de estrellas, Almas gemelas and Amarga Navidad. The concert became a true celebration of the holiday season and a tribute to family gatherings.
Of course, the show also featured the iconic tracks that have defined Gilberto Santa Rosa’s career and established him as one of the most emblematic Latin voices in salsa and bolero. Among them were Conteo regresivo, which uses the metaphor of a countdown to narrate the end of a relationship, and the romantic salsa classic Conciencia.
After more than two hours of music, Gilberto Santa Rosa closed the night with Desenfunda, leaving the audience with an unforgettable evening marked by elegance, rhythm and the mastery of the Gentleman of Salsa.
