ASCO Dazzles at the Auditorio Roig Arena With a Powerful Fusion of Classical Music and Electronic Sound
The Italian producer and DJ is regarded as one of the most innovative acts in today’s European electronic scene.
Rosalía’s “Berghain” and a musical tribute to Avicii were among the concert’s standout moments.

Italian producer and DJ Alessandro Xiueref, known artistically as ASCO, landed tonight at the Auditorio Roig Arena with his impressive Symphony of CAOS European Tour, in a concert that had been sold out for months. “It’s my first time in this incredible city, and the venue has that perfect combination of the classical and the modern that fits my project perfectly,” he told Roig Arena just minutes before the show.
Considered one of the most innovative artists on the European electronic scene, ASCO created a universe in which electronic beats merged with orchestral arrangements and unique reinterpretations, transforming the Roig Arena stage into an immersive experience. The concert began around nine o’clock with versions of “Fuga”, “Aria” and “Better Off Alone”, establishing from the outset the hybrid force that characterizes this tour. One of the most acclaimed moments of the night was his take on Rosalía’s popular track “Berghain”, as well as the emotional tribute to Avicii, which deeply resonated with the audience.
The show alternated symphonic passages with electronic reinterpretations of classical works and major contemporary hits. Pieces such as Vivaldi’s “Inverno” and Mozart’s “Lacrimosa” gained renewed energy through their electronic transformation. These were joined by versions of iconic pop and rock tracks adapted to the electronic language, including “Verona” by Muse, a vibrant mashup of “Alive” and “Don’t You Worry Child”, and Rihanna’s “Where Have You Been”.
The entire performance was accompanied by a powerful display of lighting and visuals that, from the very beginning, immersed the audience in an atmosphere shifting between the epic and the classical. The evening concluded with an energetic rendition of “Let’s Get It Started” by Black Eyed Peas, bringing to a close a sonic journey that achieved its aim: to redefine the boundaries of musical chaos.
